Real life happens everyday. Don't face it alone.
WE HAVE MANY MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADULTS
Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love. (1 Corinthians 16:13-14)
The pace and pressure of daily life can make it easier to disengage than connect. A large church like SPCC can add to the challenge of finding connections.
Men’s ministry’s purpose is to encourage men to stay engaged and help them get connected to Christ and each other. We hold events throughout the year like BBQ's, breakfasts, golf tournaments, and our Men's Retreat.
If you'd like to connect with the men of SPCC, we would love to meet you and help you get plugged in.
To find out more, contact Dan Stone at email@example.com.
Have you ever felt that in a large church it is hard to get to know other women and build relationships? Our Women’s Ministry provides opportunities for women to come together and get to know each other, while growing closer to Christ. The Women’s Ministry at SPCC is for women of all ages and stages of life.
In addition to Spring and Fall Women’s Bible Studies (held on Tuesday mornings at SPCC), we hold periodic events throughout the year including our Annual Women’s Retreat, Ladies Night Out and the Women’s Breakfast.
To find out more on how you can get plugged in, contact Ellen Smith at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you receive a discount on coffee at restaurants because of your age and seek to be part of a loving, caring group of friends we’d be happy to have you join our Senior Adult Ministry!
We regularly travel to new and exciting places. Our destinations are often scenic or educational locations through the Pacific Northwest. See the sights. Connect with friends. Get out of the house. Transportation provided.
WEEKLY BIBLE STUDY
We meet each week on Tuesdays at the church to study the Bible, pray together and reflect.
For times, locations or questions, contact the church office.
We believe that God's design for our spiritual growth is best accomplished in small groups. Isolated, we're weak. In community, we're strong.
We meet weekly in our Life Groups to encourage and help each other grow in our walk with Christ. We form meaningful friendships and find joy in serving together.
As we share God's Word, confess our needs, and sharpen each other in our groups, we experience the freedom Jesus purchased for us.
To learn more about Life Groups, contact Pastor Tim Quick at email@example.com.
MOPS & MOMSnext
... This is motherhood
MOPS exists to encourage, equip and develop every mother to realize her potential as a woman, mother, and leader in the name of Jesus Christ.
MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. We are a group of moms from pregnancy through preschool. MOMSnext is for moms with children in grade school. Both groups meet together but have separate small groups.
MOPS runs from September to May and typically meets Thursdays from 9:30am - Noon. During this pandemic time, we will be holding Evening meetings!
For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY
If you are looking to grow closer to the Lord, dive into the word of God, and connect with other women, join us for our weekly Women's Bible Study. New studies begin twice a year covering various topics. Each week there is brunch, worship through music, and group discussion of the study.
Please contact the church office with any questions.
